Who is Bob Charles?

Since childhood, I always had a passion for cartoons.  I remember watching Bob Clampett's, "Great Piggy Bank Robbery," as a kid  and was amazed by the fast paced movements and wacky humor. I knew at that moment that I wanted to be a cartoonist.

In 2009, I graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA in General Fine Arts and in 2010 I got my Masters in Art Education.  I substitute taught art to students from Kindergarten through High School for 3 years until last year when I got accepted into Gobelin's Summer Animation Program. Spending a summer at Gobelins in Paris was an amazing experience and I decided to go back into school for Animation.

Currently, I am enrolled in Animation Mentor and on the side I constantly create characters that could be modeled for future projects. Aside from 3D animation and designing characters, I also create 2D animations using Toon Boom.
